ANDE’s Global Annual Conference convenes a dynamic mix of unlikely allies — local innovators, global funders, corporate leaders, and grassroots builders — to ask bold questions and co-create practical solutions. This year’s theme challenges us to design ecosystems that are not only more inclusive and resilient but deeply rooted in the needs of emerging markets. Through candid conversations and unexpected collaborations, we’ll break silos to shape what comes next.

As polarization grows and support for DEI and environmental goals faces pushback, this session explores how organizations can sustain inclusive, values-driven work in challenging political climates through strategic language, evidence, and coalition-building. Participants will engage in storytelling, live polling, and group discussions to share tactics and identify allies.

The session also highlights inclusive circular economy models from the Global South, examining lessons from initiatives like the AAF-TechnoServe program in South Africa. Through a fireside chat and breakout groups, attendees will explore how to develop locally rooted, scalable solutions that promote market access and economic participation for marginalized communities despite systemic barriers.
