In a world where technology innovation is constantly creating new opportunities and challenges, how, as leaders, can we prioritise digital solutions that create the greatest impact for our organisations?
While the possibilities are seemingly endless, what are the practical and affordable ways to harness the power of technology to provide our organisations and entrepreneurs with valuable platforms and applications? Through shared experiences from YBI Member CEOs who have successfully prototyped technology to meet their needs, we explore the optimal approaches to technology innovation and how to focus on development that can make the greatest difference.
From the principles of technology prototyping to determining the feasibility of investment, the final session of this year’s Leadership Series seeks to build confidence and provide practical guidance for how Member CEOs can harness the value of digital innovation.
This session will be facilitated by Mark Creighton, Leadership Coach at All Your Idea, and it will take place via Zoom on 20th May 2025 at 12 pm BST.
Please note: this session is only available to YBI Member colleagues who operate at the CEO level and above.

“My coaching is underpinned by a unique understanding and empathy for the leadership challenges faced in fast-growing business sectors.
“I coach a range of UK and regional leaders in the media, technology and charity sectors, supporting their leadership growth and fulfilment of strategic, commercial and cultural objectives. I worked with leaders at organisations such as The Trade Desk, The Guardian, DCM, Mail Metro Media, Spotify, Channel 4 and Global, so I retain a strong context of the challenges and opportunities faced in the current UK and European media markets.
“I was a business leader for 20 years, gaining experience across the marketing, technology, and education sectors; leading independent start-ups like digital agency i-level, to c-suite roles at Mindshare, Dentsu and Avado.
“I qualified from Henley Business School through the Professional Executive Coaching Certificate, and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.”
