Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping entrepreneurship — but without urgent action, it risks deepening inequality and leaving millions of young entrepreneurs behind.
This policy paper explores how AI can become a true force for inclusion, lowering barriers, driving innovation, and creating opportunity for young people everywhere. It calls for immediate, coordinated action from governments, civil society, and the private sector, setting out six key policy priorities to ensure AI empowers — not excludes — the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Drawing on examples from across YBI’s global network, including YBI’s AI Accelerator Curriculum and YBI member BYEAH’s pioneering work in Bangladesh, the paper showcases how inclusive, practical approaches to AI can empower the next generation of entrepreneurs to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
