2nd Membership Onboarding Session: Supporting you with Safeguarding and Governance

Overview

​​YBI encourages all members to implement and regularly review a safeguarding policy. Safeguarding is not only for those that work with under-18s, all organisations should take responsible steps to protect both their employees and the people they support. This session is here to support you with this and to share examples of best practice. The session will also cover the importance of good governance within your organisation, and how it can contribute to your organisation’s success. 

​Whether you already have policies in place or you are looking to implement/improve them this session will provide some best practice examples and practical information to support you and your organisation.

​​The onboarding series is aimed at newer members but it is also open to the wider network.​
