Inclusivity Month

October marks YBI’s Inclusivity Month, a month to celebrate and raise awareness of our organisations and programmes being inclusive to all, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability or health.

YBI prides itself on being a global network for entrepreneurs to access support, advice and mentoring in order to catalyse entrepreneurial success. This is why it is essential for YBI members to ensure their programmes are inclusive in reaching the hardest to reach entrepreneurs. The Inclusivity Month offers a chance to reflect upon our programmes and services as well as our organisational practices – are they accessible to all?

During the month of October, YBI will host a number of events and share practical resources, tools and case studies about inclusivity to inspire and equip the YBI Network to become even more inclusive for entrepreneurs, staff and other stakeholders.
