Overview of the Training
YBI is launching a Member Learning Series in which different members will share best practices, learnings and insights with the rest of the network. The first session will be led by ONOW, our member in Myanmar, who will share their sector research on how to effectively deploy technology and existing staff to scale, as well as their own approach to scaling their entrepreneurship support services from 300 to 60,000 entrepreneurs in only 3 years.
ONOW says: How do we reach significantly more youth entrepreneurs with the resources we have? Entrepreneur Support Organizations face a significant challenge in aligning the team capacity, operational digitization, and entrepreneur recruiting pipeline necessary to scale up the number of entrepreneurs they serve without a big investment of new resources. ONOW has been studying the barriers that sector peers encounter in effectively deploying technology and existing staff to solve these challenges. In the session we will present insights from our sector research to date. We will also share the approach and platform we built to scale from 300 to 60,000 entrepreneurs served in 3 years.
