Centre for Enterprise Learning believe that skills development for youth is crucial for the development of societies in West Africa. It is one of the elements that will contribute to tackling the economic, social and environmental issues experienced in this region, whilst improving livelihoods.

Therefore CEL develops programmes for youth to ensure an increase of skills, reduce unemployment and improve livelihoods.
