About Habitat

Habitat Association (Habitat) is a non-governmental organisation that works in the field of sustainable development. With the organisational vision of building communication bridges between worlds’s and Turkey’s youth, Habitat has developed multiple projects and programmes in order to improve the capacities of young people and establish international partnerships.

Habitat was founded with the goal of improving the roles that youth play in sustainable development by activists who gathered for the ‘95 World Summit for Social Development in Copenhagen and ‘97 Habitat II Summit of United Nations.

Habitat has been working with young Turkish entrepreneurs for 20 years and has empowered hundreds of thousands of young people in pursuit of its mission to drive youth entrepreneurship and support sustainable development.
