MOST supports young people (18-29 years) wishing to establish or already running micro and small enterprises. The programme does not restrict participants by any other means such as gender, social standing, political or religious views. Moreover, women empowerment and support of vulnerable segments of the population are recognised as important issues and have an influence on the selection process. Underserved refers to young people with limited access to education, business network, and finance.
