The results are the cumulative effort of our members’ amazing achievements, and we are proud of the progress that we have made together.

YBI facilitates different types of engagement between members:
98% of members felt connected with their peers
100% of members agreed that YBI’s support was “useful” or “very useful”
76% of members accessed at least one service
370 participants engaged in training or learning activities
28 members collaborated with YBI to co-create 5 new services (Social and Green Toolkit, Sustainability Toolkit, High Flyers Guidelines, Disability Resources, Gender Inclusivity Resources)
Our members listed a number of benefits for their organisations coming from being part of the YBI Network:
Funding opportunities: Connecting with donors, being part of funded programmes, exploring funding opportunities for YEs
Capacity building: Attending trainings, accessing new tools, developing new programmes, gaining knowledge on best practices, co-designing tools, toolkits and new materials
Networking and Global Summit: Connecting with similar organisations, knowledge exchange, sharing best practices.
The key 2023 achievements for our members were:
PROGRAMME GROWTH: Members expanded reach, scaled up, and provided new services
INCOME DIVERSIFICATION: Members increased revenue, diversifying sources of income and securing funding for programmes
PARTNERSHIPS: Members advancements strengthened connections with other ecosystem actors to better support young people.
